For 50 years, Countywide Builders has operated as a traditional General Contractor. We have extended those services to many different private and public clients over the years in both residential and commercial areas of construction. We have long standing relationships with many local subcontractors and pride ourselves on delivering projects on time and on budget. We also have competed many projects on a Construction Management or CMR contract.
Design-Bid-Build
Increasingly becoming a more popular way to complete projects, Design-Build, or Design-Bid-Build, allows the Builder to use their expertise and knowledge of building materials and products to help guide the design phase and keep the project in budget. One phase is completed before beginning the next phase, all while providing a product that will serve the clients needs.
Development
We excel in taking raw land and turn it into a pad ready site with both civil and utility infrastructure. We love helping clients think outside the box and get maximum value from their property or investment.
Construction Management and Pre-Construction Services
